RETREATS
1. START WITH fillING out our Inquiry form here to get started. We take on a limited number of projects a year and want to ensure we’re an aligned fit. Once we receive your form, we’ll get back to you in 48 hours and send along a questionnaire to learn more about you and your partner.
2. You’ll meet with our lead floral designer and creative director, Stephanie who will answer any and all questions and talk you through our process and the details of your event. Within two weeks, you’ll receive a customized proposal showcasing your vision through our creative lens.
3. If there are no changes to the proposal, we’ll have you sign the contract and pay your deposit to secure your date. It’s time to celebrate because you can officially check flowers off your to-do list. Keep an eye out for a little welcome box from us, too.
4. The creative part. Think: mood boards, ideating and curating a cohesive design through emails and phone calls. We can make changes and add on items as needed up until 30 days before your wedding or event day. Once we hit that one-month mark, we’ll have a final call to make sure everything is just right.
5. YOU KNOW WHAT DAY IT IS. WE’LL SHOW UP EARLY TO DELIVER AND SET UP ALL OF YOUR FLOWERS, AND DO WHAT WE DO BEST. YOUR JOB? REVEL IN EVERY SINGLE PART OF IT.
